Where does BAYOU ship to?
BAYOU offers shipping to Singapore, Malaysia and worldwide via Pos Laju and Aramex Shipping.
How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped, we send you an email within 1-2 working days, containing a tracking number, which allows you to easily, and quickly locate the progress of your order. If you did not receive this email, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.

How will my orders be shipped?
All BAYOU products are wrapped in Laminated Corrugated Cardboard Shoe boxes to ensure that they arrive in optimal condition and can be reused.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Please allow up to 2 business days for us to process your order. You will receive a notification email with details on how to track your parcel’s progress. After which, the shipping transit guidelines are as follows:-
- Domestic (Singapore, Peninsular & East Malaysia): 3-4 days
- International shipping: 8 to 20 business days
(Depending on local destination customs processing time)
Please provide an accurate email address and mobile number to ensure a smooth and speedy delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, local duties and taxes, and items that are lost in transit.
How can I edit my shipping address?
If you wish for your order to be sent elsewhere, kindly email us here as soon as the order has been placed, and we will make the necessary amendments.
What happens if my parcel(s) fail to be delivered or picked up?
As the recipient, you are responsible for any subsequent costs incurred for parcels returned to our warehouse due to attempted deliveries, insufficient/incorrect delivery information or failure to retrieve parcels from delivery centres.
Please ensure that your delivery address and mobile number is accurate, or make necessary amendments prior to delivery date to ensure your orders get to you as quickly as possible.

Will I be charged duties and taxes?
International customers will be responsible for any fees, duties, taxes or any surcharges which may be imposed by your country. As customs policies vary widely from case to case for each country, please check with your local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm tax and duty fees.
