If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased from our web store, please submit a Return Request to BAYOU, and we will respond promptly.

Items purchased online from BAYOU can be returned within 14 days (for Malaysia and Singapore) or 30 days (for international) of receipt in exchange for BAYOU Store credit only. Please note the following guidelines for exchanges or store credit:

• You must request the return/exchange within 7 days of receiving the item.
• Returns are accepted if the item is returned within 14 days (for Malaysia) or 30 days (for international) of receipt.
• The item(s) must be in their original condition, not altered in any way, and returned in the original box and packaging.
• All items must be returned to BAYOU before the exchange/store credit is processed.
• The cost of the original freight will not be reimbursed or refunded.

For orders in Malaysia and Singapore (excluding promotions or sale items), we offer a hassle-free Free Return Service. Shop confidently, try them at home, and if they don't fit well, return them for an exchange. Just follow the Return Guidelines above.

If you received a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days, and we'll ensure you receive the correct BAYOU items.

You will receive notification once the returned items have been received and processed. Please track your delivery status using the tracking number provided by BAYOU.
