PRODUCTS DESCRIPTION ACCURACY

How accurate are the products displayed on the website?

The details of the products or product specifications (for instance color, handwork details, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only approximate values. Also there may be slight difference in the design and pattern as compared to the picture shown on the website.

Similarly, due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, colors may appear different on different monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise. Since it is not possible to guarantee our online colors will look the same on all computers, BAYOU does not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the color of the actual product.  We do our very best to make sure our product photos are as close to the exact product as possible, but cannot guarantee that what you see is an exact reproduction.

Where is my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its delivery activity while it makes its way to you. You can also log into your BAYOU account at any time and select “My Orders” to review your order status.

How can I edit my order?

Email us here within 12 hours of order placement, should you wish to edit your order. We will try our best to make it work :)

Can I cancel my order?

Should you wish to cancel your order, please email us here within 12 hours after order has been placed. No cancellation is allowed after an order has been processed.

How will my orders arrive?

Each order is carefully inspected and packaged within a Shoe Box or Gift Pouch, for your convenience. As part of our go green plan, your receipt is sent via email and not included within the parcel.
