What currency will my order be transacted in?

All BAYOU orders will be processed in Singapore Dollars (SGD). The currency converter is a convenient tool for your reference only.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

You may pay via our payment gateway via PayPal, using your credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Prior to confirming your order, kindly carefully review the total amount and content(s) within your card.

 

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged upon order submission and usually takes up to 3 business days to clear, depending on your bank. You will receive an email confirmation when an order is successfully placed on our site.

 

Why was my payment declined?

Here are a few things to check if your payment did not go through. Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match, check that your card is not expired or that your Paypal account is active. If none of these apply, please contact us here.


Will I have to pay taxes or duties on top of my order?
BAYOU unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties.
